Thai Coconut Shrimp Dinner! 20 mins is all you need!



20 mins is all you need!

What you need:
* a little oil for the wok
*Chopped Onions
*Chopped garlic
* Chopped Cilantro
*Red curry paste
*1 can of coconut milk
*Frozen Veggies (or fresh)
*Frozen cooked Shrimp (thawed)


*Saute onions, garlic and cilantro in a little bit of oil
*add half of the coconut milk and red curry paste, bring to boil
* add frozen veggies as much as you like (I use 2 cups)
*add remaining coconut milk, as well 1/2 cup of water
*Bring to a boil
*Add cooked thawed shrimp last, simmer for 5mins
* add any other seasonings you like, salt,garlic salt.

Serve with rice :)
