Homemade Pancakes

Make them any size you like!

1 1/2 cups flour

2 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
pinch of salt
1 1/2 cups milk
1 egg
2 tablespoons oil

1 tablespoon of vanilla extract

1 teaspoon of Cinnamon

Mix the dry ingredients together. Add milk and eggs, oil and vanilla. Mix

Scoop mixture onto heated grill, or skillet on medium heat.

Serve with fresh fruit and maple syrup!
